Devmco Group’s latest development designed around market demand

The Devmco Group has just released its latest development, Parc. The sectional title development was released to their private network and has been another great success story for the developer. Charles Thompson, Developer of Parc shares, “ We did not have a series of launch events for the release of Parc, instead we targeted our private networks who we knew would be interested in this development, and we knew this because we have been listening very closely to what they want.”

Parc is located within Gold Coast Estate which means it enjoys access to all that Gold Coast Estate offers- premium facilities, top tier security, a central and accessible location, the value of being with Sibaya Coastal Precinct as well as a thriving multi-generational community. Purchase opportunities include 2, 3 or 4-bedroom villas priced from R3.5 million- significantly lower than the freestanding architectural homes at Gold Coast Estate.

Thompson continues, “ We recognised that the market was flooded with apartments; our initial intention was not to build a boutique sectional title development within Gold Coast Estate but through our interactions we kept learning more and more about what people want. We learned that people didn’t necessarily want to build a freestanding Gold Coast home for a host of reasons. “

After exploring the market further, the Devmco Group were able to get to grips with the specifics of the market’s needs in order to conceptualise Parc, Thompson enlarges on this, “It came to light that people wanted the safety of an estate like Gold Coast Estate but at a lower price point, with a private piece of garden which is pet-friendly and a lock-up garage. Parc literally emerged out of that and is a blend of an apartment and a freestanding home.”
